"Kristen and I grew up together and I consider her one of my oldest and dearest friends. She is hands down one of the most caring, compassionate, trustworthy, friendly people I know. With that said, insurance is way too expensive, important and complicated to let even my most trusted friend advise me on it without being confident in his/her abilities. I need someone who has my (and my family's) best interests at heart and who knows the insurance industry inside and out. Not only do I have that with Kristen, but I also have that with every person with whom I've spoken when I've called with questions over the past 25+ years. Her staff is highly trained, professional, polite and pleasant to deal with. I don't think our friendship has anything to do with my experience, as I'm just a customer when I call. There's so much to worry about when something happens and you do need your insurance agent; your agent shouldn't be one of those worries. I feel incredibly lucky to have Kristen as mine."

"Worst agency I have ever dealt with. Kristen Martin looked us dead in the eye promising help and assured us that she never had unhappy customers. All turned out to be untrue. State Farm dragged their feet in assessing the claim, blamed delays on everyone but themselves and when their delays caused us to exceed the allotted rental coverage washed their hands of the situation saying that their was nothing they could do. Kristen’s assurance we worthless. A waste of time dealing with them. Save money and go online or get an agency that is willing to help. This one is not it. Beware."

"Service was horrible been with this company for years. The office reps that answer the phone give out wrong information to customer about claims, funny thing is the rep told me they can't speak on claims because they're not licensed why are they answering call and giving out wrong info. Now I'm stuck with a rental bill for $300 b/c the rep never explained after 30 days I'll be responsible for the rental cost. She instead told me if I need more time with the rental LET THEM KNOW. Guess what I did, and they made it seem like it was okay. KRISTEN, you need to educate you staff and customer this is not a good look for you."

"I called in January to get information on a specific insurance policy. First, I requested a meeting with Kristen since this is her practice (and I just assumed that’s who I would be meeting) but I was scheduled with someone else, totally fine. We scheduled the meeting and when I arrived at the appointment, I was told that the associate helping me was still looking into the specifics of the policy. Okay, that’s fine but why not cancel the meeting until you had all information ready to present? I basically left work early to drive 20 minutes to sit and small talk about nothing for 15 minutes. So the associate said he would call me when “they” (???) called him back with the information I was requesting. Have never heard back from anyone and it’s March. Would never recommend or try this company again. Very disorganized, did not felt taken seriously, and given the impression that they could not care less if they had helped me. If you’re in the market for insurance, instead try Northwestern Mutual."
